We collect the information you give us when you create an account and add dogs: your name, email address, dog names, breeds, dates of birth, microchip numbers, photos, and any pedigree links you provide. We also collect basic device and usage data so we can keep the service running smoothly.
Your data is used to render your dashboard, build pedigrees, generate certificates, and authenticate you. We never sell your data, and we never use it to train third-party AI models.
Pedigree and certificate information is private to your account by default. You choose whether to share a certificate by sending a link; the link is the only way another person can view that record.
We use a small set of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics help us prioritise fixes and features. You can opt out of analytics from Account → Privacy.
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, our payment processor for subscriptions) or as required by law. We require all processors to handle your data with the same care we do.
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Account → Privacy. Deletion is permanent and removes your dogs, certificates, and any shared links within 30 days. If you have questions about your rights, contact us.
