Pup Papers is an online tool that helps dog breeders, owners, and clubs create, store, and manage pedigree certificates and lineage records. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to use Pup Papers for any unlawful purpose, to submit false pedigree information, to impersonate others, to attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or to introduce harmful code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the dog and pedigree information you enter. Pup Papers does not verify Kennel Club registrations or lineage claims. Certificates generated by the service are based solely on the data you provide.
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. Pup Papers retains ownership of the service, designs, code, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed as described at the point of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Pup Papers, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Pup Papers is not a substitute for official Kennel Club documentation. We do not guarantee that any third party will accept certificates generated through the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
